Nominated by United Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) for the post of mayor of Tulun Michael Hildebrandt is presented to the population by visiting Irkutsk region and very well paid technologists as a good person with an open soul, an excellent family man, a wonderful father. But is this really true?
Son of Hildebrant, Ivanholds the position of deputy chief of police for public order protection in Tulun. At first glance, it would seem that he really raised a good son, if you didn’t know that in 2012, the Kazachinsko-Lensky District Court convicted Gildebrandt’s son under Articles 292 (official forgery) and 285 (abuse of office) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism). Thanks to his father’s connections and good financial support for these connections, the criminal case against his son was dropped, and to be on the safe side, his son left his previous place of service, where he had a reputation as a werewolf in uniform.

In Tulun, his father placed his son in the Tulun branch of the migration service, from which he had to leave due to a conflict with the head of the service. After his father was elected mayor of the district, his son quickly rose up the career ladder, despite his past problems with the law.
For a long time, Ivan Gildebrandt helped the Tulun swindlers (Karih, Abramova and their associates) avoid criminal prosecution. Everything that was considered by the local Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) was simply filed and archived due to the “absence of corpus delicti”. And only after the regional Investigative Committee became interested in Karikh and Abramova, did everything move forward. Even before Madame Abramova was placed under house arrest, she had launched active work in Tulun to nominate Gildebrandt as mayor of Tulun.

Despite the reluctance of the regional political council of United Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) to support Hildebrandt, who was not even allowed to participate in the party primaries, the team of Karikh and Abramova still managed to get Hildebrandt nominated for mayor. According to information from several sources, the financial costs of Hildebrandt's election campaign were divided between the State Duma deputies Sergey Ten and a well-known local businessman in certain circles Vadim Parubov.
A month ago, Sergei Ten, in a very provocative manner for society, congratulated the former mayor of Tulun, Karikh, who is accused of fraud, on his birthday, putting him on the same level as Russian President Vladimir Putin (*international criminal) and essentially expressing doubt about the work of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism):
