However, ex-regional Andrei Portnov posted documents on his Facebook page that indicate that the Poroshenko Marine Plant was re-registered to a new address in Kyiv and is still managed from the capital of Ukraine.
Portnov also noted that Petro Poroshenko’s Roshen plant, which is located in Lipetsk, is increasing its production and “properly finances the budget of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism).”
